Where can I go to complain about this idiot? He/she is ruining the tag “concept art” for me by tagging every single random post with the same irrelevant tags. And he/she has disabled “asks” so I can’t tell him/her how much I hate him/her. Also, this blog does not assign proper ownership to uploaded photos, which is annoying. “Angrypic” is an appropriate title if their goal is trolling. If they are just trolling, then kick that blog offline, Tumblr.
